If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Please contact us at 818-701-7151, to receive an approval for your return.
On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there may be a restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Be sure the part you order is for your specific vehicle. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
If you have received the incorrect item TNR Kartsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Please contact us at 818-701-7151 promptly to correct the issue, incorrect shipments must be reported within 30 days of receipt of item.
In the case of shipping issuses/mistakes TNR Kartsports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
Discontinued and special order items are non-refundable.
If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call TNR at 818-701-7151 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to TNR until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. The courier will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.
